Keep frozen at -18C. All ovens vary. The following are guidelines for fan assisted catering ovens. Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place rolls on baking try 1' apart seal side down. Bake until golden brown 25-30 minutes. For other ovens reduce baking times as per manufacturer instructions. ALWAYS ENSURE THE ROLLS ARE PIPING HOT PRIOR TO SERVING.
