This dessert, baked in our suppliers French workshops, is made of a Rainforest-certified chocolate base from the sustainable and fair trade sector. In addition, this authentic recipe is enhanced by our traditional craftsmanship.
The combination of the chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse and the surprise meringue centre offers a subtle play on textures which will delight your customers. With or without additional decoration, the Truffon is as tasty as it is elegant.
